Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations

By submitting a booking request through our online form, you agree to these terms. A reservation is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline any reservation request.

2. Confirmation

After submitting your booking you will receive a confirmation email containing your reference, date, time and number of guests. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam / junk folder.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before your booking time, using the cancellation link in your confirmation email. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be accepted. To cancel, contact us at +32 465-275-425 or [email protected].

4. No-show Policy

If you do not show up for your reservation without prior cancellation, we reserve the right to restrict future bookings from your email address.

5. Special Requests

Special requests (allergies, high chair, birthday, etc.) are noted but cannot always be guaranteed. Please confirm important requirements directly by phone.

6. Privacy & Data

Your personal data (name, email, phone) is collected solely to manage your reservation. We do not share your data with third parties. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. This website is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile — Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
